In order to maintain consistency and quality, we hand make each of our bars, and in small batches. We use all-natural flavours and ingredients - so you can really savour the hit of intense flavour with each mouthful and individual block. You’ll also notice that we’re not caught up with the idea that higher percentage dark chocolate is everything - we think milk and dark chocolate are both crucial to chocolate appreciation.

Milk Chocolate with Spicy Creme Brûlée

Here, grown up smoked whisky flavors meet the unexpected flavors and crunch of an old-fashioned toffee. “When I thought about making this chocolate I imagined what it would be like to sneak onto a boat for a cheeky after dinner whisky – barefoot luxury at its best”.
Milk Chocolate with Orange Blossom
“For me, this chocolate was about hot and lazy afternoons in the south of France – you can smell and taste the perfume at the same time”.
This easy eating bar is sweet and soothing on the tongue - with each mouthful invariably leading you to want more. Almonds and orange peel are a candylike combination - with a delightfully grown up appeal.
